Commander BunBun

Commander BunBun Loves everyone and everything and does her best to truly follow Jesus' command to show unconditional Love always. Perhaps she can even serve as a kind of idealistic icon in our own lives as we all struggle with actually doing this ourselves in a very imperfect and difficult world.

Commander Bun-Bun comes to us through her loyal servant Benny Miller. Ben is a Milwaukee based comedian and a loyal fan of both the Ohio State Buckeyes and EARS. When he discovered the EARS website he thought it would be appropriate that we'd adopt his bunny as a mascot.

After all, bunnies do have ears, do they not?

Oops! Did I just say his bunny? Sorry about that. Actually the bunny owns him, demanding that he feed her and pamper her at her discretion. After all, we only think we own pets. If we really do own them, how come we act as their slaves, paying all their bills and doing all their work? Think about that one...

A New Bunny Arrives!

One day,
as Commander BunBun sits monitoring the human world
from her cage style starship,
a new ship arrives carrying an
interesting visitor from the bunny realm:

Staff Sergeant Blizzard Reporting!

The new bunny cheerfully exclaims as he disembarks.

Commander BunBun Greets the New Soldier

And kindly welcomes him to the EARS Mascot Command.
